RL - Mortgages - Area Sales Manager - ASHA Home Loan- DSA About the Business Group The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bank and offers Asha Home Loans to all segments including affordable segment of customers Pan India About the Role This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals optimizing profitability overseeing compliance and driving transformation within Asha Home Loan Business It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue enhance portfolio growth and ensure risk compliance Details of the Role Department Retail Lending Grade Mgr Sr Mgr AVP Sub-Department Retail Lending- ASHA Home Loan - DSA Reporting Business Sr Mgr AVP VP Location Pan India Reporting Matrix Key Responsibilities Business Goals and Profitability Achieve business targets for the assigned area through the DSA network Track DSA performance and ensure quality sourcing across the region Sales and Channel Development Onboard train and engage DSAs for consistent lead generation and quality conversions Conduct regular reviews with DSA partners and field staff to drive performance Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all partner-sourced files comply with process norms and documentation requirements Flag and mitigate risks by monitoring sourcing patterns and trends Customer Experience Work closely with DSAs to ensure timely and professional customer interactions Act as the point of contact for service issues and complaint resolution Digital Adoption and Innovation Encourage and track the use of digital platforms by DSA teams for faster TAT and visibility Drive adoption of digital tools like Siddhi MLP Omega and SFDC initiatives Qualifications Graduation post-graduation from a recognized institute 6 sales experience secured products preferred with at least 2-3 years in Home Loan and LAP preferably affordable housing loans Role Proficiencies Strong sales orientation Proficiency in managing complex client relationships diverse stakeholders Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skill in managing large geographically spread team coaching and mentoring team members Competence in managing within a dynamic priority-setting environment Strong risk and compliance mindset Adept at communication and interpersonal skills Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
