Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in either Gurugram or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of prior sales experience within the recruitment and staffing industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

You will be responsible for the entire end-to-end business development process, from identifying and prospecting new clients to nurturing relationships and closing deals. This is a role for a true self-starter who thrives on working independently and taking ownership of their sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the STEM sector. This includes market research, cold calling, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.

2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers at potential client companies.

3. Sales and Negotiation: Conduct compelling sales presentations, create tailored proposals, and negotiate terms to secure new client partnerships.

4. End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire business development cycle, from initial contact and qualification to contract signing and client onboarding.

5. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with our internal recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition of new client accounts and that their staffing needs are met with excellence.

8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the recruitment and staffing industry.

2. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle and staffing services. Experience selling into the STEM industries is a plus.

3. Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively to drive results without constant supervision.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

4. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of securing new business.

Goal-Oriented: A driven and ambitious mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

5. Location: Willingness to work from our Gurugram or Bangalore office.

6. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
