Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the Technology Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter who thrives in building new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth in staffing engagements across ERP, Cloud, Digital, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within technology staffing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of staffing solutions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to expand presence in key industry verticals (ERP, Cloud, AI, Digital).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies and client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in Technology Staffing / IT Consulting Sales.
  • Strong track record in business hunting – opening new accounts and expanding business portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of the SAP / Salesforce ecosystem and broader technology staffing landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with accountability for results.
