Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Institutional Sales Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The professional will be responsible for driving institutional sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying potential partnerships, developing sales strategies, pitching tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals, track market trends, and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales experience, including client acquisition and account management. - Knowledge of Finance, Trading, and Investments, with the ability to understand and communicate the value of financial education programs. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in finance or sales are a plus. - Experience in sales within the education or financial services sectors is an advantage.
