Role Overview We are looking for a Brand & Consumer Marketing Lead who will anchor Scapia's consumer voice, shape breakthrough marketing concepts, and partner with category leaders to bring their business objectives to life. This role demands strong brand thinking, clarity of consumer understanding, and the ability to take ideas from concept narrative execution independently. This person will be the marketing thought partner to all category leads, ensuring every initiative reflects Scapia's brand, resonates with consumers, and scales meaningfully. Key Responsibilities 1. Consumer & Brand Insight Leadership - Develop a deep understanding of Scapia's core consumer, behavioural triggers, barriers, and motivations. - Partner with insights, data, and category teams to decode consumer needs and convert them into actionable marketing opportunities. - Uphold and evolve the Scapia brand principles across all touchpoints. 2. Crafting Breakthrough Marketing & Consumer Concepts - Translate business objectives into sharp marketing concepts, creative territories, and strong communication narratives. - Build frameworks for messaging, tone, brand behaviour, and in-market impact. - Craft campaigns that are consumer-first, insight-led, and brand-right. 3. Category Partnership & Marketing Ownership - Work closely with category leads to understand their category nuances, funnel behaviour, growth levers, and business challenges. - Act as the category marketing lead, owning the marketing strategy, communication, and execution for their objectives. - Drive alignment between brand, product, growth, and category teams to deliver cohesive, high- impact outcomes. 4. Marketing Thought Champion for the Organisation - Serve as the go-to marketing brain for category teams advising them on narratives, consumer insights, messaging, and campaign routes. - Influence stakeholders with clarity, structured thinking, and strong brand intuition. - Bring consistency, discipline, and consumer coherence across all category-level initiatives. 5. End-to-End Project Ownership & Execution Rigour - Own projects end to end from insight to idea, from creative development to channel orchestration, from launch to measurement. - Work hands-on with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless, high-quality execution. - Build processes and playbooks to scale marketing excellence across categories. 6. GTM Strategy & Cross-Channel Mastery - Plan and execute GTMs across CRM, digital, social, in-app, lifecycle, brand, and offline - activations. - Partner with data, growth, and performance teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable - impact. - Build sustained adoption loops and consistent brand recall. What You'll Need - 8+ years in Brand, Consumer Marketing, or Integrated Marketing roles. - Strong grounding in classic brand-building across FMCG, consumer durables, lifestyle, or - similar categories. - Exposure to consumer tech / digital-first brands in recent roles is a strong advantage. - Demonstrated ability to craft big-idea marketing concepts that land with consumers. - Excellent storytelling, messaging, and creative judgement. - A high sense of consumer empathy and brand intuition. - Strong end-to-end ownership from idea to execution to impact measurement. - Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-autonomy environments, High bias for action, clarity of thought, and strong stakeholder influence.
