Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Developer to drive growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and scaling strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our business pipeline, representing Visual Dough's futuristic services to senior decision-makers, and driving measurable impact across martech and creative-tech domains. Key Responsibilities 1. Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across martech and creative-tech verticals. 2. Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, target industries, and market opportunities. 3. Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitch presentations to proposals, negotiations, and deal closures. 4. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Tech, Strategy) to develop tailored, high-impact solutions for clients. 5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth. 6. Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to spot new opportunities. 7. Represent Visual Dough at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to expand our business footprint. Key Requirements A. 34 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a martech, digital, or creative-tech environment. B. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets while managing a healthy client pipeline. C. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. D. Deep understanding of marketing technologies, digital ecosystems, and creative production. E. Strategic, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership. F. Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. G. Passion for technology, creativity, and innovation in marketing.
