The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing strong business relationships. Key tasks include market research, proposal creation, sales presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Qualifications - New Business Development and Lead Generation skills on upwork, linkedin and other direct sales platforms. - Experience in handling clients management - Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proven track record in sales and business development - Add value to the team and output with desired results. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
