Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive located in the Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and securing new business opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams, the Business Development Executive will craft tailored strategies to meet client needs and contribute to the company's growth and success. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Conversion - Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices - Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written - Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset - Proficiency in CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
