Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE): Experience Required: 2 Years Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT / SaaS / Software Development About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in IT or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, preparing proposals, and closing deals on various platforms. If you have strong communication skills, excellent sales capability, and a passion for business growth, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. Write effective proposals, cover letters, and pitch documents for bidding platforms. Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities. Conduct cold emailing, cold calling, and regular follow-ups with potential clients. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure. Maintain strong communication and build long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimations, project plans, and timelines. Maintain accurate reports on CRM tools and track sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a BDE or Sales role, preferably in the IT/SaaS industry. Strong knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and lead generation strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare proposals. Experience with cold emails, cold calls, and client follow-ups. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a target-based environment Proficiency in preparing presentations and product demos.
