We are looking for a goal -oriented and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn, and other business development strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online bidding, lead generation, and client relationship management to drive business growth.Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)Location: Remote / Office -Based (as per company requirements)Salary: upto ₹25,000 per monthExperience: 2 -3 years in Business Development / Upwork BiddingKey Responsibilities: -Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation: -Identify and bid on potential projects on online portals like Upwork, LinkedIn. -Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements. -Maintain a high response and conversion rate.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: -Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their business needs. -Schedule meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully. -Build and nurture long -term relationships with existing and new clients.LinkedIn & Other Platforms: -Generate leads through LinkedIn and networking strategies. -Engage with prospects, schedule calls, and convert connections into business opportunities. RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications: -2 -3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and business development. -Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and proposal writing. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. -Ability to generate high -quality leads and convert them into business opportunities. -Knowledge of CRM tools, project tracking, and sales reporting is a plus. -Self -motivated, result -driven, and able to achieve monthly revenue targets.
