The Senior Designer is a highly skilled creative leader responsible for producing and overseeing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI design, video production/editing, and multi-channel branding. This role delivers high-impact, strategically driven design solutions for tradeshows, websites, social media, PowerPoint presentations, collateral, logos, campaigns, and branding initiatives. The Senior Designer leverages advanced creative technologies—including AI-powered tools—to drive innovation, efficiency, and elevate the brand experience.
In addition to hands-on creative work, the Senior Designer mentors, educates, and supports a team of content creators, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a team-first mentality, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The Senior Designer works closely with cross-functional teams, leads brainstorming and conceptual development, and adapts to evolving project needs to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Strategic thinking and leadership are essential, enabling the Senior Designer to translate business objectives into creative solutions that strengthen brand identity and deliver measurable impact.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Creative Leadership & Multi-Channel Branding
- Lead the development and production of visually compelling content for digital and print platforms, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI design, video production/editing, and multi-channel branding.
- Oversee and guide the creation of high-impact design solutions for tradeshows, websites, social media, PowerPoint presentations, collateral, logos, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with strategic brand objectives and delivers measurable impact.
- Own and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices in all deliverables.
Mentorship, Training & Team Development
- Mentor, educate, and support a team of content creators, providing regular feedback, coaching, and skill development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Lead by example in adopting best practices, creative technologies, and innovative approaches.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities.
Technology & Innovation
- Leverage advanced creative technologies—including AI-powered tools—to drive innovation, efficiency, and elevate the brand experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, video, UX/UI, and creative technology.
- Guide the team in participating in user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback to optimize design solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, leading brainstorming sessions and conceptual development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative team mentality, encouraging idea sharing and supporting team members to achieve shared goals.
- Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Problem Solving & Adaptability
- Take a proactive approach to problem solving, adapting to evolving project needs and overcoming creative challenges.
- Apply strategic thinking to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in a creative design role, with demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
- Expertise in UX/UI design, video production/editing, and multi-channel branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of work in UX/UI, video, branding, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience mentoring, educating, or leading creative teams, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions that strengthen brand identity and deliver measurable impact.
- Willingness to work on-site in India.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support tradeshows, events, and collaborative projects.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sitecore, Sharepoint) is a plus.
