Our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system streamlines data extraction and reconciliation, providing clients with real-time actionable dashboards and error-free reports. Our solutions save time, reduce costs, and ensure accuracy. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales - Enterprise Growth, based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing training and support to clients, and overseeing sales strategies to drive enterprise growth. The role also requires effective communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings. - Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. - Understand customer pain points and position FinKraft's solutions to address their business challenges - Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in collaboration with the finance teams. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools. - Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support product and marketing teams. - Represent FinKraft at events, client meets, and networking forums when required. Qualifications - 2+ Communication and Customer Service skills - 2+ Sales and Sales Management skills - Training skills - Experience in enterprise sales and growth strategies - A proactive attitude and ability to work independently - Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
