Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager( Events/ Travel/ Hospitality) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with large enterprise clients. This role demands a consultative sales approach, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for creating meaningful client experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets from enterprise accounts. - Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations. - Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to closing deals. - Collaborate with Experience and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports. - Represent Enout at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence. Requirements: - Proven track record of enterprise sales, preferably in B2B events, experiential, or services industries. - Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and pipeline development. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
