Job Description

Responsible for the expansion of software sales business in the territory to achieve and exceed the sales targets assigned from key accounts.

You will work closely with technical managers, channel managers, and partners to promote the growth of revenue from the territory assigned. Additionally, you will also:

- Generate and expand software sales business in the territory to provide the company with long-term stable software sales business growth value.
- Evaluate the value of customers, create key customer software sales transaction opportunities, and implement the teams sales initiatives.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Establish effective cooperation with channel partners to develop and implement long-term cooperation models for high-quality customers.

What Skills Experience You Should Bring

- Have a sales mind, can accurately identify high-quality customers, and accurately predict and report the dynamics of high-quality customers.
- Have the ability to withstand frustration and challenges.
- Ability to work as a team in the interest of shared goals and adapt to the fast-paced work style.
- Software company experience, BIM or AEC background is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
- Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills, fair exposure of PAN India territory.
