Job Title Brand Partnerships Alliances ManagerLocation GurgaonCompany NoBrokerHoodSalary Up to - 9 LPA Fixed About Us NoBrokerHood is a cutting-edge visitor society and payments management platform by NoBroker We help gated communities streamline daily operations while offering new monetization opportunities and improved resident experiences Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Partnerships Alliances Manager with a strong media background and proven experience in ad sales This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize pitch and close strategic brand deals that align with NoBrokerHood s user base and offerings Key Responsibilities Identify pitch and close brand partnerships and alliances for in-app on-ground and BTL advertising opportunities Drive media monetization through society branding newsletters in-app ads events and kiosks Develop and execute customized partnership proposals for brands across sectors FMCG electronics services etc Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct brand clients Work closely with internal product marketing and ops teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns Drive revenue growth through innovative ad formats and brand solutions Required Qualifications - 1-7 years of experience in ad sales media partnerships or brand alliances Mandatory Experience in a media company or digital advertising firm - Demonstrated ability to close high-value brand deals - Strong network with media agencies and brand decision-makers - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Good to Have - Exposure to working with residential or gated community-focused platforms - Experience with both B2B and B2C brand partnerships ref updazz com
