Job Role - Sales & Business Development

Product - HVAC

Experience: 410 years (preferably in HVAC project sales)

Industry: HVAC / MEP / Construction / Building Services

Qualification - Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new project-based business opportunities in HVAC systems.

Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client referrals.

Meet with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, and end clients to promote HVAC solutions.

Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals tailored to client/project

requirements.

Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.

Collaborate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover.

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat and referral business.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred Skills:

Existing connections with builders, developers, architects, and consultants.

Knowledge of tendering and government project bidding (if applicable).

Ability to interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
