Job Description

We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Professional to enhance our business development efforts through structured prospecting and nurturing strategies.

This role demands a balance of research, communication, and execution skills to identify potential clients, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a predictable sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is driven by results, with a strong interest in building international business opportunities, particularly in the US and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Outreach
    • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers based on Ideal Client Profiles.
    • Initiate contact through professional channels (email, networking platforms).
    • Build relationships with prospects by sharing relevant insights and engaging in meaningful conversations.
  • Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Actively engage with potential clients on social media platforms through content interactions and personalized communication.
    • Support inbound inquiries and nurture them into qualified opportunities.
    • Develop trust-based connections that can lead to sales conversations.
  • Lead Management & Data Discipline
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
    • Ensure all prospect information, notes, and updates are organized and accessible.
    • Work with the Sales Manager to prepare handovers of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Collaboration & Team Contribution
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Growth Partner to align outreach strategies with business goals.
    • Contribute insights from conversations and prospect feedback to refine messaging and approach.
    • Participate in weekly review meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and processes.
  • Content & Market Visibility Support
    • Coordinate with the team to amplify the reach of company posts and thought-leadership content.
    • Share relevant case studies, insights, and resources with prospects to build credibility.
    • Explore opportunities to participate in online industry communities or forums.
