Consumer Packaged Goods CPG Retail market in India Region market You will possess a deep understanding of the nuances of the India Region market coupled with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the region Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored specifically to the unique characteristics of the India Region market Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration Expand our presence in existing markets and explore new market entry opportunities within the region Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies to meet the needs of the India Region market Sales Team Leadership Recruit train and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving ambitious sales targets within the region Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure success Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within the sales team Sales Forecasting and Reporting Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis and sales trends within India Region market Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing product development and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop localized sales collateral marketing materials and promotional campaigns for the India Region market Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field MBA preferred 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the CPG Retail industry with a focus on the India Region marketProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in India Region market Deep understanding of the cultural economic and regulatory landscape of India Region market with experience navigating diverse markets within the region Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multicultural sales team Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that are tailored to the India Region market Strong analytical skills with the
