The OpportunityWe're looking for a results-oriented Enterprise Account Director (individual contributor) to spearhead sales efforts for the North America region. This is a strategic role for someone who's passionate about engaging C-level stakeholders, navigating complex deal cycles, and fostering meaningful, long-term client partnerships.
You'll work closely with a global, cross-functional team to expand our footprint among Fortune 1000 companies and beyond. Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire process from prospecting to contract execution for high-value enterprise accounts in the US market. Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through outbound outreach, events, partner channels, and referrals.
Value-Based Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges, craft persuasive use cases, and communicate the ROI of our user enablement platform. Collaborative Deal Execution: Partner with Business Development, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Marketing to address business objectives and close sizable deals. Forecasting & Process Rigor: Maintain accurate opportunity records in your CRM, follow established methodologies for deal qualification, and regularly update leadership on status.
Strategic Account Mapping: Develop long-term expansion strategies within your portfolio, securing multi-threaded relationships at the executive level. Ideal Candidate Profile5 years of enterprise-level sales experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or complex technology environments. Proven success exceeding annual quotas while managing large deal sizes.
Strong track record of building executive relationships and leading the conversation at the CxO level. Adept at leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), outreach platforms, and lead intelligence tools to advance pipeline and deal velocity. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting that values ownership, collaboration, and delivering outcomes.Ability to travel internationally when required to meet clients or attend major industry events.
