Key Responsibilities: ·      Develop & manage Institutional Sales across South India. ·      Use your existing network in: ·      Hotels & Resorts ·      Hospitals & Healthcare Chains ·      Facility Management Companies (Sodexo, ISS, BVG, G4S, etc.) ·      Corporate Admin & Industrial Procurement ·      Conduct product demos & trials at customer sites. ·      Manage price negotiations, vendor registration & annual rate contracts. ·      Appoint and manage dealers / distributors / corporate supply partners. ·      Hire, guide & review Sales Executives / Territory Officers as the team grows. ·      Achieve monthly revenue & collection targets. Required Profile ·      3–10+ years of Institutional / Facility / Hotel / Hospital / Industrial B2B Sales. Must have active contacts of: ·      Purchase Managers ·      Housekeeping Managers ·      Facility Management Vendor Networks ·      Strong deal closing & negotiation capability. ·      Willingness to travel across South India.
