Role Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate & Manager
to join our team. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and driving the growth of our STEM education programs. These roles require a deep understanding of the education sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting STEM learning.
ResponsibilitiesFor Business Development Associate (BDA):
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions that could benefit from our STEM programs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present our solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of our STEM education offerings.
For Business Development Manager (BDM):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress effectively.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience of
1+ years
in business development, preferably in the education sector. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning.
- Willingness to
travel extensively across PAN India
for client meetings and events. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
