Job Description - Identify, track, and manage government tenders, RFPs, and RFQs related to CCTV, surveillance, networking, and security solutions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal, and operations) to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation. - Analyze tender requirements, prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. - Prepare pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and communicate clarifications with clients or authorities. - Develop pricing strategies, cost sheets, and financial models in coordination with the management team. - Maintain and update the tender tracker and ensure timely submission of all bids. - Support negotiation and post-bid documentation processes until final award. - Ensure adherence to government procurement norms (GEM, CPPP, E-procurement portals, etc.). - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and system integrators for better pricing and support.
