Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and client meetings. 6. Maintain updated knowledge of projects, pricing, and competitors. 7. Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. 8. Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and address their queries. 9. Enhance lead conversion rates through effective pre-sales processes. 10. Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM. 11. Train and mentor pre-sales executives for effective communication. 12. Monitor pre-sales KPIs and prepare performance reports. 13. Support sales closure by providing necessary documentation and insights. 14. Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. 15. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business/Marketing/Real Estate). - 8+ years of pre-sales experience in the real estate industry. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. - Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior. - Ability to handle client objections and provide suitable solutions. - Team management and leadership capabilities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
