Job Description What We Expect - Lead and develop a high-performing branch sales team - Drive sales strategy, performance, and KPI achievement ie Order Intake, Bids Submission & Sales Activities in the branch. - Own branch sales results and reporting by developing annual and mid-term business plan reports & presentations. - Build strong relationships with consultants, builders, architects, and government agencies. - Manage large/strategic projects and final negotiations. - Collaborate with HQ and internal teams for cost optimization and bidding. - Ensure compliance, ethics, and safety leadership. Who we are looking for - Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering. - Working experience of 8-10 years and at least 2 years in the Elevator/Escalator Sales or Building System Industry in location. - Proven success in sales leadership and target achievement. - Strong understanding of customer behavior and decision-making. - Experience in managing large projects and motivating teams. - Familiarity with sales tools and processes.
