Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Deputy Manager Sales. The Deputy Manager Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Min 4-5 years of - Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management in container trading or leasing - Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Customer Relationship Management - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the logistics or container industry is a plus
