Inkers Technology, headquartered in Bengaluru with offices in the USA and UAE, is a pioneer in designing and developing advanced AI and ML solutions for the Construction Industry. Through our AI-powered construction management platform Observance, we leverage cutting-edge computer vision, cloud-based processing, and Lithic (LiDAR Thermal IMU Camera) scanners to deliver precision and efficiency in construction workflows. We are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and building solutions that transform industries.
Role Summary:
Candidates with experience in the Construction Industry and PMC background specially from PMC
background will be preferred. This role will allow you to work on the latest in AI tech in the
Construction Industry and be an early member of a fast growing company.
This is a full-time role for a Director of Sales at Inkers Technology. The Director of Sales will be responsible
for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and leading a motivated Sales team. This is an on-site role located in Delhi.
Qualifications
Prior PMC experience
Hunger for Sales and Growth
Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the construction industry and technology solutions
Experience in B2B sales
Self-motivated and driven
Bachelor's degree in Technology, business, marketing, or related field
Industry experience of 5 plus years
Key Requirement : The candidate must possess strong networking skills and have established relationships with builders and developers in Delhi.
