Youll win IT Services business in Indias private sector (non-government and education) business domain, ensuring alignment with DivIHNs existing service offerings while adapting to local market nuances.

#KeyResponsibilities:

#SalesPlanningAndExecution

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across India.

o Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

o Manage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

o Enhance and adopt current Marketing Function to create sales leads in India.

o Align sales initiatives with marketing and services teams.

#ClientAndStakeholderEngagement

o Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

o Negotiate high-value deals and manage key accounts.

o Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

#MarketIntelligence

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

o Use AI and data-driven insights to target active buyers.

o Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular reports on performance and opportunities.

#Qualifications:

o Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

o 10+ years of experience in B2B sales in IT Services.

o Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams.

o Deep understanding of the Indian market landscape and customer behavior.
