Job Title: Commercial Director - EMEAR Region

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our business in the EMEAR region. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to drive growth, develop strategic relationships and inspire teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the EMEAR region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and internal teams.
- Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of business leadership experience with a proven track record of driving growth and success in commercial roles.
- Strong sales experience within the agricultural industry, preferably with expertise in solution selling initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams of professionals in a solution and service environment.
- Experience negotiating and constructing contracts that mitigate risk and result in win-win relationships with customers.
- Ability to understand customer business environments and challenges to identify opportunities for establishing profitable relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural related field or equivalent experience.
