Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Director of Sales and Marketing for a 5 Star Resort in Bengaluru.The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Director will also coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns of the Resort.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development of a Hotel/ Resort
- Experience in Team Management and Customer Service
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
