
Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the Western region of India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional product strategies, aligning with company objectives and goals.
- Generate sales growth and key customer promotions, providing insights on extraordinary sales volumes to monthly sales teams.
- Adjust and align regional Product Introduction Plans (PIPs) and conduct technical product trainings for Business Partners and Customers.
- Lead business development with product groups, tracking defined KPIs, and consolidating product margins for product groups.
- Define product positioning, specifications, and pricing by distribution channel and develop channel-specific marketing and sales strategies with short- and long-term focus.
- Maintain market intelligence for products, customers, competitors, pricing, service coverage, etc.
- Provide product support on design and estimation to partners, SI's, telephonically, online, or by visiting project sites.
- Engage with architects, consultants, specifiers community, and end-users to present Bosch FAS and promote sales in the territory/region.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or PGDM/MBA.
- Proven experience 5-10 years in project sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the project sales - safety and security industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
