\Role Description\

This is a full-time remote role for a business leader & sales officers at leading concrete manufacturers/consulting companies. The business leader/sales officers will oversee daily operations of the ready-mix concrete business, manage regional teams, sales, and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

\Qualifications\

- Minimum 5 years experience in business development/sales and corporate strategies
- Knowledge of RMC plant operational efficiency, safety standards, and project management
- Proven track record in managing large teams and driving market share growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with ready-mix concrete operations is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
