Job Title: Regional Manager

We are looking for a seasoned leader to join our team as a Regional Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate and a strong track record of managing teams.

About the Role:

This is a critical role that requires someone who can think strategically, manage complex projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and disposition of assets, lease administration, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the real estate requirements of assigned regions
  • Manage large construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of real estate professionals
  • Negotiate and close agreements, due diligences, and commercial terms
  • Maintain relationships with developers, property consultants, and key government functionaries
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant exposure to industrial, commercial, and retail real estate asset classes
  • Transaction management experience with ability to close agreements, due diligences, and commercial terms
  • Strong network of key players in the market
  • Knowledge of construction, budgeting, valuation, and scheduling of large construction projects
  • Asset management skills (property and buildings)
  • Experience in team building and team management
