Role Overview As the President Operations for the Maldives region you will lead and oversee all operational aspects of Group s Real Estate EPC and Hospitality projects You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency ensuring the smooth execution of ongoing projects and onboarding new projects to meet our strategic revenue growth targets This is a senior leadership role and you will report directly to the Managing Director You will play a critical part in expanding our business and establishing as a leader in the Maldives market over the next five years Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership Provide leadership in the development and execution of the strategic plan for Real Estate EPC and Hospitality projects operations in the Maldives - Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely and cost- effective completion of all projects while maintaining high-quality standards - Project Onboarding Focus on onboarding new projects in line with revenue growth objectives and market expansion strategies - Business Growth Spearhead the exploration of new opportunities in the Maldives across Real Estate EPC and Hospitality sectors to achieve multi-fold growth in the next 5 years - Team Leadership Build mentor and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results in all operational areas - Financial Oversight Ensure profitability of projects and oversee the budget financials and cost controls adhering to company guidelines and targets - Client and Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients government authorities and business partners to secure and grow the business - Compliance and Safety Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory standards both local and international with a particular focus on health safety and environmental regulations - Performance Monitoring Implement KPIs and monitor performance against targets ensuring a performance-driven culture - Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks across operations ensuring robust processes are in place for smooth functioning Key Requirements Experience - 20-25 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VP-level role ideally in Real Estate Hospitality or EPC sectors - Overseas experience particularly in emerging markets or regions like the Maldives will be highly valued - Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget - Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of Real Estate EPC and Hospitality sectors with experience in business development and operations management in these fields or similar industries - Leadership Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams with a focus on driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives - Business Acumen Strong financial acumen with the ability to oversee project P Ls manage budgets and deliver profitability - Cultural Fit Ability to adapt to and operate effectively within different cultural environments especially in overseas settings - Skills Excellent communication problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders Compensation and Benefits - Base Salary INR 30Lakhs Per Annum India - Maldives Allowance 50 of base salary- Performance-Linked Pay Competitive performance-based salary structure to reward success in driving growth and profitability - Salary will be paid in USD in Maldives
