Sales Director -Cosmetic Products Job Title: Sales Director Location: Mumbai, India (Remote with regular field travel) Company: OMC Medical Pvt Ltd Industry: Cosmetics / Personal Care Work Mode: Remote Regular Field Visits Education: MBA (Marketing or any discipline) Experience: 15 years About the RoleOMC Medical Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional with a strong background in the cosmetics or personal care industry, especially someone who has worked closely with cosmetic clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic professionals.
We're seeking someone with over 15 years of experience, a proven ability to manage a team of 10 or more, and a deep understanding of the Mumbai market. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetic clinics, dermatologists, retailers, industry influencers and aestheticians· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth
Experience working with marketing teams to achieve business objectives and execute marketing strategies Experience in creating business plans based on different markets, understanding of Cosmetic sales major urban markets
Monitor team performance, ensure targets are met, and provide ongoing coaching
Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales objectives RequirementsMinimum 15 years of sales experience, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, dermatology, or aesthetics
Proven leadership experience managing mid-to-large sales teams
Strong network of contacts within the cosmetic and dermatology sectors in MumbaiExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
