Sales Director - Security Products

What you will do:

The Director of Security Products Sales at Johnson Controls will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and execution of our comprehensive product offerings. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in account management and a proven ability to achieve significant annual revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on increasing market penetration, engaging effectively with partners and consultants, and fostering long-term relationships within the industry.

How you will do it:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team focused on security products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Engage with partners and consultants to drive sales initiatives, ensuring an understanding of market needs and product offerings.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to enhance market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while expanding the customer base.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
