- Job Title: Junior Business Development Partner - Location: Gurgaon, India - Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite (5 days/week) - Experience: 3-5 years About NH1 Design: NH1 Design is a strategic brand and design consultancy that partners with ambitious businesses to drive growth through brand-led strategy, storytelling, and design systems. Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Business Development Partner to support our Senior BD Lead in building new client relationships, qualifying opportunities, and driving business conversations from initial outreach to proposal submission. This is a consultative role focused on selling ideas, strategy, and creative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Qualify new leads and schedule discovery meetings - Research prospective clients, brands, and market opportunities - Participate with the Senior BD Partner in first-round discovery calls - Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and client needs - Share and update NH1's credentials, capability decks, and case studies - Draft and maintain first-cut proposals, follow-ups, and revisions - Maintain CRM data, pipelines, and proposal documentation - Continuously update pitch materials, presentations, and sales collateral What We're Looking For: - 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or brand consulting - Background in branding, design, marketing, or agency operations - Strong commercial acumen with a consultative selling approach - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-engagement skills - Experience working with CRM tools, pipelines, and sales reporting systems - Ability to collaborate effectively with founders, strategists, and project managers - Comfort engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and navigating long sales cycles Who You Are: - A proactive executor who gets things done - Process-oriented yet open to experimentation - A strategic storyteller who connects brand thinking to business outcomes - Comfortable working in a small, high-performance team - Curious, articulate, and relationship-driven Nice to Have: - Prior experience in a design or creative consulting agency - Exposure to brand strategy or client servicing - Familiarity with creative pitches, design workflows, and proposal writing Why NH1 Design: You will work directly with the leadership team on high-impact brand transformation projects across India-from FMCG leaders and cultural start-ups to government programs shaping meaningful change
