Overview:We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to kickstart their career in sales and business development. You will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and outreach activities to build a healthy sales pipeline and support the growth of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and mapping them to our services.Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team with qualified prospects.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute outreach campaigns.Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads.Requirements0–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).Confidence in cold calling and client outreach.Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn, email tools, and databases.Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).Understanding of B2B sales and lead nurturing.Work Location: GurugramRole Level: Entry-level / Junior
