Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to office staff for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Maintain and update IT-related records, including inventory and service logs
- Assist in managing databases, cloud storage, and internal documentation systems
- Set up and configure workstations and software tools for new staff
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for support and hardware purchases
- Ensure data security protocols and software updates are maintained across systems

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common troubleshooting tools
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
