**Overview**: Mixx Doors is a leading provider of high-quality interior and exterior doors, catering to residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and customer service to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote Mixx Doors' products and services.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide on-site product demonstrations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable door solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Mixx Doors' product offerings to effectively advise customers.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain sales records, customer information, and activity reports
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance analysis reports as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Education**:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
