**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Junior Venue Executive**

Rackonnect is a hyperlocal sports-tech platform aiming to bring a powerful impact on India's racket sports fraternity.

We are looking for an organized venue manager to handle the operations, maintenance, and bookings for our venue. In this role, you will be required to create venue pricing packages, secure bookings, liaise with event managers and clients, and coordinate the logistics of events. You will also be required to manage the maintenance of the venue.

l **Venue Manager Responsibilities**:
l Managing all maintenance and repairs of the venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities.

l Ensuring that the venue and facilities are clean and organized.

l Managing all bookings for events and liaising with the clients to determine event requirements.

l Preparing venue hire packages and pricing options and negotiating with clients. Supervising all staff including grounds men, event staff, and maintenance personal.

l Scheduling and coordinating the rental of sound equipment, furniture, and other venue equipment.

l Liaising with catering services and supervising their requirements and logistics.

l Promoting the location and events through a variety of marketing channels such as social media**.**

l **Venue Manager Requirements**:
l Willingness to work long hours and on weekends and holidays.

l Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.

l A minimum of 2 years’ experience handling sports venues or event manager preferred.

l Managing performers and events.

l Strong negotiation skills and leadership abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Schedule**: Day shift

**Ability to commute/relocate**

**Education**:
l Bachelor's (preferred) Expertise in sports, marketing or related field.

l Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
