Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading generation efforts, managing and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence. The role also includes handling account management duties and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications - Must have real estate, finance background (Real estate preferred) - New Business Development and Lead Generation skills - Strong Business acumen and experience - Excellent Communication skills - Account Management skills - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
