Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. They will help develop and maintain strategic business relationships, identify new opportunities, and create plans to meet business targets. Qualifications - New Business Development and Lead Generation skills - Experience in Business and Account Management - Strong Communication skills - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the ergonomic product design industry is a plus
