What You'll Do: - Identify and qualify key prospects, initiating high-impact presentations to showcase our innovative solutions. - Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to follow-ups, relationship management, and successful deal closures. - Consistently achieve targets and contribute ideas to accelerate company growth. - Forge strategic partnerships and identify new revenue streams. - Expand our footprint by developing new client relationships while nurturing existing partnerships to maximize retention. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are proactively met. - Analyze market trends and share insights to sharpen our competitive edge. - Represent the company at industry events to connect with C-level decision-makers and stay ahead of trends. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred). - 2-3 years demonstrated success in B2B business development, sales, or partnership roles. - Proven experience executing growth strategies and exceeding sales targets. - Honest, ethical, and driven by clear goals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset; can work both independently and collaboratively. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. - Desire to work with new-age technologies and engage directly with C-level executives.
