Job Description Business Development Executives are the pioneers in development of the business; therefore, they need to upgrade themselves regularly with current industry trends and maintain good relations with potential business entrepreneurs. They are always required to correspond with the senior managers and business leads of the clients. Hence, having a charming and impressive personality will also make a contribution to these officials. Job Description Must have at least 0-3 years of experience in generating leads through social media /bidding portals etc for Technology solutions. Must have knowledge of latest Software development technologies, should be able to understand client requirement & pitch accordingly for App development, ERP etc. Excellent in following up leads leading to gather client requirements. Achieve monthly sales quota of getting leads. Understanding the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly. Researching and analyzing the market to find out better business opportunities. Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the Company in long run. Finding out loops in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously. Interacting with the higher authorities of the Company such as Managers and Directors and discuss business issues with them. They are also engaged in discussions with the clients which help them in planning interesting business proposals which can be beneficial for the company and the clients. They prepare presentations for the company that can be present at the trade shows, to the clients, to the employees, conferences, etc. Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries is one of the most important part of this job profile.
