Role will report directly to the MD. There will be a dotted line reporting to Global Finance team as well.

This position will provide financial analysis and insight to influence business leaders to take decisions and actions that drive the best possible financial outcomes in terms of growth in revenue and margin. The position will entail following activities:
- Track business pipeline and create revenue monthly / quarterly / annual revenue / margin projections- Drive pricing and margin decisions for bidding / proposal- Review contracts and work with legal teams to ensure contract negotiations and closure- Set-up contracts and monitor contract performance for milestones, revenue, budgets and closure.- Track payments, cash-flow and accrued revenue- Manage team time cost allocations to projects- Build deep understanding of internal IT systems for project and financial management

The role requires excellent business and commercial skills and ability to build confidence with business leaders to influence senior decision-makers

Duties and responsibilities- Support business to drive and improve performance, this includes delivering analysis, drawing conclusions on changes required and presenting these to senior business stakeholders where required- Assist in the evaluation of the service mix to provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue and margin outcomes- Work closely with the commercial team to understand the unit targets and the strategies and tactics required to develop these into actionable plans- Ensure full understanding of the underlying performance of the business and all variances. A specific focus will be control and explain revenue performance by department, service and client for local and global reporting.- Support the MD to work with the business and facilitate business input into the budgeting and forecasting process- Assist in implementing and ensuring that the budget and forecast process works in a timely way and is fully embedded within the business- Work on trend and variance analysis and explain commercial impacts to the business- Help to drive commercial awareness across the business by providing trend-based insights and training- Working with decision support to ensure the reports used in the business are impactful, timely, processes are automated and reports are developed/improved over time.

**Qualifications**:
- Commercial mind set/business orientation- Understanding of internal/ external business drivers- Strong communication skills- Ability to drive change and business adoption in a fast-moving environment- Strong grasp of MS Office and Maconomy / Other finance or ERP systems

Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance) or CA (Inter)- 0 - 4 years of experience
