Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales operations within your assigned region. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, conducting market research, and preparing reports to support sales insights and decision-making. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management - Strong strategic and analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting - Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Proficiency with sales reporting tools and CRM software - A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently - Knowledge of the packaging or related industry and sustainable practices is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
