Regional Sales Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional capacity
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to analyze sales data and interpret market trends
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
