Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and develop sales strategies to expand the company's market presence. Daily responsibilities include leading and training the sales team, meeting sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and identifying opportunities for regional business growth. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and preparing sales performance reports to assist in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including expertise in business development, customer relationship management, and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and drive growth
- Knowledge of smart home automation systems or IoT technology is an added advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
