Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our operations in the Delhi region. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of sales in the genset industry to drive growth, manage teams, and foster strong customer relationships.
Must Have:- Proven Sales Experience: Strong track record in sales leadership, particularly in the genset or industrial sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies that drive regional growth and profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Excellent Command of Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Reading Habit: A strong reading habit to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new ideas.
- Active on Social Networks: Strong presence and engagement on online social platforms to build brand awareness and leverage networking opportunities.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently within the region for client meetings and industry events.
- Educational Background: An MBA in Marketing or a B.Tech degree.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with genset market trends and competitor activities.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Social Media Presence: Active engagement on social networks to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
- Team Coordination: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
