Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - North region, located in Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and motivate the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets, and establish strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments to optimize resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales reporting
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Knowledge of the beverage and hydration industry is an advantage
